Price is important. But we earn Customer loyalty through consistently delivering on promises. Customer satisfaction is immensely important to us and once achieved, creates evangelists for our brand. Our owners are personally involved with the day-to-day operations to ensure that EnerWest maintains its spotless reputation for taking care of customers and staff.
Safety and Compliance
The cornerstone of our operations involves proactive adherence to the very highest safety standards, awareness, training and protocols. A member of ISNetworld, EnerWest participates in rigorous safety training with emphasis on accident prevention and building professional emergency response skillsets. To this end, EnerWest is partnered with Strickland Safety Consulting in Duncan, Oklahoma. Strickland Safety customizes safety education to relate directly to situations EnerWest personnel may encounter on producer locations, at pipeline terminals, and on the road.
Every EnerWest driver is HazMat trained and certified. Regardless of previous experience, every new driver that joins our fleet undergoes rigorous safety orientation and mentor partner field training before they ever take the wheel of an EnerWest truck.
EnerWest is endorsed by the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal as a certified Licensed Fire Extinguisher Industry Company. At least one member of our team receives annual training and certification in the category of Portable Fire Extinguisher, and subsequently trains all EnerWest field personnel in the proper use and maintenance of these devices.
While everyone hopes that everything goes smoothly, it doesn’t always pan out. That’s when an experienced and dedicated staff brings the greatest value to our Customers. The EnerWest Office staff have over 175 combined years of experience in the oil & gas industry. Our Schedulers and Drivers have delivered prompt, dependable and most importantly, courteous service for over 26 years. With our professional team of Mechanics, EnerWest is able to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency, to go the distance in customer satisfaction, long after every other transport has gone home.
Spill Response and Environmental
